IIDj, the Institute for Information Design Japan, is an affiliate of IIID, the International Institute for Information Design in Vienna.

In non-profit and for-profit projects it pursues research, consulting, concept development, planning, and implementation in following domains:

- Design Research and Consulting
- Print and on-line Media
- Sign Systems
- Lectures, Workshops, Exhibitions, Events
- System Development


Founded in April, 2001, IIDj became a limited corporation in 2004.
It has since published several publications in Japan, Korea, Switzerland, France, and Germany that became key references in the domain of Information Design.
In workshops with corporate and academic partners in Japan, Korea, India, Egypt, Turkey, Switzerland, France, and Germany IIDj provides training and consultancy - focusing on Communities, Healthcare, and Mobility.
